軟土地區(qū)大直徑可回收錨索支護(hù)技術(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用*

[摘要]大直徑可回收錨索作為一種新型的基坑支護(hù)形式,將高壓旋噴樁技術(shù)應(yīng)用于錨桿技術(shù)中,并對(duì)錨桿端部構(gòu)造進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新, 形成了獨(dú)特的土層錨固成套技術(shù),有效地解決了軟土地區(qū)傳統(tǒng)錨桿應(yīng)用的難題。大直徑可回收錨索屬于壓力型錨索,具有傳統(tǒng)錨索所缺乏的高承載力以及可回收的兩大優(yōu)勢,近年來在軟土地區(qū)得到大量應(yīng)用和推廣。結(jié)合大直徑可回收錨索在工程中的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)踐,對(duì)其施工工藝、構(gòu)造及設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并根據(jù)現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,采用數(shù)值模擬分析手段,分析得到了大直徑可回收錨索的錨固體摩阻力、軸力以及變形承載特性的一些初步結(jié)果。最后介紹了大直徑可回收錨索在無錫綜合交通樞紐的工程應(yīng)用,為軟土地區(qū)類似工程項(xiàng)目提供參考。

Design and application of large-diameter retrievable anchor cable in soft soil area

Abstract: As a new kind of foundation pit supporting technique, the large-diameter retrievable anchor cable has solved the difficulties of tradition anchor bolt when applying in soft soil area. The end structure of bolt was modified and on the basis of high pressure jet-grouting pile, the new anchor cable construction technique was devised. This kind of anchor cable is of the pressure type and is superior to the traditional anchor bolt for its high bearing capacity and retrievable feature. As a result, it is enjoying greater popularity in soft soil area. A summary of the design and construction techniques and method of large-diameter retrievable anchor bolts was presented. Based on the in-situ test results and numerical simulation data, the side friction, axial force and load-displacement characteristics of the large-diameter retrievable anchor cable are presented and analyzed. Finally, a case study on its application in Wuxi Integrated Transport Hub is presented to provide a useful reference for future similar cases.
