雙向正交桁架-鋼板的薄膜效應(yīng)與試驗研究

[提要] 鋼板薄膜效應(yīng)是從鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的受力蒙皮技術(shù)中拓展而來的,其主要特點是充分利用鋼板在面內(nèi)的抗剪和抗拉效應(yīng)。在雙向正交桁架上、下弦平面外將薄鋼板與弦桿可靠無滑移連接,可以使鋼板薄膜參與結(jié)構(gòu)共同受力,從而改善原有結(jié)構(gòu)的性能。提出了考慮鋼板薄膜效應(yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)的有限元計算理論,并通過兩組四個正交桁架模型的試驗研究,論證了計算方法的可行性、準(zhǔn)確性和鋼板薄膜效應(yīng)對于整體結(jié)構(gòu)受力的貢獻(xiàn)作用。

Abstract:Membrane effect of steel plate is evolved from the technology of stressed skin in steel structures,of which the characteristic is the sufficient utilization of tensility and shear resistance in the steel plate.With reliable connections,the thin steel plates,which are embedded in top and bottom chord member plane in a bidirectional truss,are able to bear the applied load jointly with the primary truss and then the behavior of the structure can be improved.Through the experimental research on four bidirectional truss models of two groups,the finite element analyses of this type structure are carried out and further more,the feasibility and veracity of this theory considering membrane effect and the improvement for the primary structural behaviors are demonstrated.
