盛峰,徐崇恩(華東建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司,上海 200002)[摘要]江蘇海安中洋豪生超高層酒店地上40層,大屋面高度171.1m,為高度超限、扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則的超高層結(jié)構(gòu)。針對建筑功能、平面特點,在對不同結(jié)構(gòu)方案進(jìn)行比較和優(yōu)化的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)構(gòu)體系選用框架核心筒體系,樓蓋體系采用現(xiàn)澆混凝土空心樓板。通過對底部加強(qiáng)部位核心筒剪力墻采用中震不屈服性能設(shè)計、控制框架柱軸壓比和結(jié)構(gòu)扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng)、加強(qiáng)裙樓與塔樓連接部位設(shè)計、采用雙連梁及型鋼混凝土連梁等一系列抗震加強(qiáng)措施,保證結(jié)構(gòu)具有良好的安全性能和使用性能。[關(guān)鍵詞]框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu);現(xiàn)澆空心混凝土樓蓋;抗震性能設(shè)計;超高層建筑中圖分類號:TU973文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2012)05-0092-04Structural design of Zhongyang Haosheng super high-rise hotel building in Jiangsu Hai' anSheng Feng, Xu Chong' en(East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200002, China)Abstract: The roof height of Zhongyang Haosheng super high-rise hotel building in Jiangsu Hai′an is 171.1m with 40 stories above ground, the structure of which with the characters of height exceeding limitation and plane irregularity. Based on the comparison of different structure plans, and with regarding to architectural function requirement and plane features, the structural system of frame-core-tube structure and cast-in-situ hollow concrete floor system were adopted.
