[摘要]常州潤華環(huán)球中心主塔樓為總高度300m的超限高層,采用了帶加強(qiáng)層的鋼管混凝土框架-鋼筋混凝土核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系。介紹了該工程結(jié)構(gòu)體系的特點、抗震性能化設(shè)計原則和方法、整體彈性計算結(jié)果、罕遇地震作用下的動力彈塑性分析結(jié)果以及地基基礎(chǔ)的設(shè)計。著重闡述了設(shè)計中的一些關(guān)鍵問題,包括核心筒的剪力墻、外圍鋼管混凝土框架、僅設(shè)置環(huán)帶桁架的加強(qiáng)層設(shè)計。[關(guān)鍵詞]超限高層;加強(qiáng)層;環(huán)帶桁架;鋼管混凝土;內(nèi)藏暗撐剪力墻中圖分類號:TU398.7文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2012)05-0087-05Structural design of Changzhou Runhua World CenterWang Jie(East China Architectural Design &Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200002, China)Abstract: Changzhou Runhua World Center is a super high-rise building with the total height of 300 meters. The composite structural system which is composed of concrete filled tube frame and RC core is used. The structural system characteristic, the design principle and method based on the seismic performance, elastic calculation results, dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under major earthquake and foundation design were introduced.
