上海白玉蘭廣場超高層混合結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

劉晴云，閆鋒，常耘，曾鶴，楊楓，鄭利（華東建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司，上海 200002）［摘要］上海白玉蘭廣場辦公塔樓大屋面高度300m，總高320m，采用了框架-核心筒-剛臂結(jié)構(gòu)體系。型鋼混凝土柱和鋼梁組成混合結(jié)構(gòu)框架，鋼筋混凝土剪力墻圍成核心筒，伸臂桁架和環(huán)帶桁架形成的加強(qiáng)層作為剛臂連接外周框架和核心筒。采用了直徑1.0m、長61m的樁底后注漿鉆孔灌注樁，以及厚度為4.3m的基礎(chǔ)底板。對結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計性能指標(biāo)和結(jié)構(gòu)總體計算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了介紹，并且對于外框和內(nèi)筒豎向變形差異分析及處理、加強(qiáng)層設(shè)計、彈塑性分析等結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中的特殊問題進(jìn)行了描述。［關(guān)鍵詞］框架-核心筒-剛臂結(jié)構(gòu)；性能指標(biāo)；加強(qiáng)層設(shè)計；彈塑性分析中圖分類號：TU398.7文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A文章編號：1002-848X(2012)05-0083-04Structural design of Shanghai Magnolia Plaza super high-rise buildingLiu Qingyun, Yan Feng, Chang Yun, Zeng He, Yang Feng, Zheng Li(East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200002, China)Abstract: The main roof height of Shanghai Magnolia Plaza is 300m, and the full height of the building is 320m. Frame-core-outriggers structural system was adopted in the structure. The frame was composed of steel reinforced concrete composite columns and steel beams, the core was made of reinforced concrete shear walls, and the peripheral frame and inner core were connected with outriggers and belt trusses. The foundation includes 1m diameter, 61m long cast-in-site piles with post grouting technology and mat of 4.3m thickness in this project.
