南昌綠地紫峰大廈結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)

哈敏強(qiáng),陸道淵,黃良,季俊,宮偉智,李敏(華東建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司,上海 200002)[摘要]南昌綠地紫峰大廈建筑高268m,采用框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,為超B級(jí)高度超限高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)。在建筑高度2/3位置,東西立面內(nèi)凹,內(nèi)凹部分的荷載通過結(jié)構(gòu)柱支承在層41~43這3層高(含暗鋼桁架)的7m跨懸臂轉(zhuǎn)換墻上。在核心筒底部加強(qiáng)區(qū)設(shè)置型鋼,底部框架柱采用型鋼混凝土柱,轉(zhuǎn)換墻內(nèi)暗埋鋼桁架。整體結(jié)構(gòu)及構(gòu)件設(shè)計(jì)融入性能化設(shè)計(jì)思想,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了小震下的反應(yīng)譜計(jì)算和動(dòng)力時(shí)程計(jì)算以及中震彈性復(fù)核,并進(jìn)行了大震下的彈塑性時(shí)程分析。詳細(xì)闡述了采用ANSYS軟件對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)換層部位進(jìn)行的有限元分析,同時(shí)介紹了首層挑空部位、豎向變形差、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。[關(guān)鍵詞]超高層結(jié)構(gòu);抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì);彈塑性時(shí)程分析;懸臂轉(zhuǎn)換墻;型鋼混凝土柱; 豎向變形差;錨桿中圖分類號(hào):TU398文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2012)05-0074-05Key techniques for structural design of Nanchang Greenland Zifeng TowerHa Minqiang, Lu Daoyuan, Huang Liang, Ji Jun, Gong Weizhi, Li Min(East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200002, China)Abstract: Nanchang Greenland Zifeng Tower is a 268-meter-high building beyond B-level height. The structural system is frame-core tube reinforced concrete structure. In the upper portion, the west and east faces of the tower are recessed to form a concave folded surface. The floor framing in these areas is supported by transfer walls at the F41, F42, F43, which are cantilevered from the building core tube. Embedded steel shape is used in the core wall in the bottom strengthened zone and transfer zone. SRC columns are applied in the bottom. The performance-based seismic design principle and method were applied in the structure design. The integral structure under the frequently occurred earthquake was analyzed, the elastic dynamic time-procedure analysis, elastic analysis under medial earthquake and the elasto-plastic analysis under the rare earthquake-were also carried out. The study of cantilevered transfer walls was especially illuminated.
