哈敏強,陸道淵,姜文偉,劉燦,陸益鳴,黃良,王建,江曉峰,徐麟(華東建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司,上海 200002)[摘要]天津現(xiàn)代城辦公塔樓建筑高度339m,采用帶加強層的框架核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系,為超B級高度超限高層。外框柱為矩形鋼管混凝土柱,和伸臂桁架連接的框柱截面適當(dāng)加大,低區(qū)核心筒為型鋼混凝土剪力墻。首層層高16.8m,首層核心筒和相鄰層采用了鋼板混凝土剪力墻,為提高框架剛度首層頂框架梁采用外包鋼混凝土組合梁。首層矩形鋼管混凝土柱施工階段應(yīng)力較大,對此進(jìn)行了有限元分析并采用了設(shè)置拉桿的措施。介紹了工程的結(jié)構(gòu)體系特點、抗震性能化設(shè)計原則和方法、整體計算結(jié)果、罕遇地震下彈塑性時程分析結(jié)果及地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計。[關(guān)鍵詞]超高層結(jié)構(gòu);抗震性能化設(shè)計;鋼板混凝土剪力墻;外包鋼-混凝土組合梁; 彈塑性時程分析;加強層中圖分類號:TU398文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2012)05-0068-06Seismic design of Tianjin Modern City Office TowerHa Minqiang, Lu Daoyuan, Jiang Wenwei, Liu Can, Lu Yiming, Huang Liang, Wang Jian, Jiang Xiaofeng, Xu Lin(East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co, Ltd., Shanghai 200002, China)Abstract: Tianjin Modern City Office Tower-with 339m height is a high-rise building beyond B-level height, and the steel frame-concrete core hybrid structural system with the strengthened storeys is used. Concrete-filled rectangular tubular (CFRT) columns are used in periphery, and the column sections connecting with outrigger trusses are enlarged appropriately. The steel reinforced concrete (SRC)shear wall is assembled in the bottom area of the core. The first floor storey is 16.8 meters high, and the composite steel plate-concrete shear walls are adopted in the core of the first storey and the adjacent storeys. The U-shaped steel beam is used to improve the stiffness of the framework in the first floor. As the stresses of the CFRT columns in the stage of construction is great, the confining rods are installed by-finite element analysis.
