天津現(xiàn)代城酒店塔樓及裙房抗震設(shè)計(jì)研究

陸道淵,哈敏強(qiáng),姜文偉,劉燦,陸益鳴,任濤,黃良,徐麟(華東建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司,上海 200002)[摘要]天津現(xiàn)代城酒店塔樓建筑高度209m,建筑要求高度56m、平面長(zhǎng)度65m的裙房結(jié)構(gòu)和塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)連為一體,中間不設(shè)置防震縫。酒店塔樓采用帶加強(qiáng)層的鋼筋混凝土框架核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,為超B級(jí)高度超限高層。結(jié)構(gòu)低區(qū)外框柱為型鋼混凝土柱,核心筒低區(qū)采用了鋼板混凝土組合剪力墻和帶鋼斜撐混凝土剪力墻。核心筒高寬比為20,因此為提高剛度設(shè)置兩道加強(qiáng)層。中部設(shè)置伸臂桁架和環(huán)帶桁架,建筑對(duì)與伸臂桁架相連的框架柱截面控制極嚴(yán),因此伸臂桁架腹桿選用屈曲約束支撐;裙房部位為提高剛度,在不能設(shè)置剪力墻且抗側(cè)支撐豎向不連續(xù)的情況下設(shè)置了屈曲約束支撐。高區(qū)設(shè)置環(huán)帶桁架作為加強(qiáng)層,結(jié)構(gòu)底部存在斜撐轉(zhuǎn)換和搭接柱轉(zhuǎn)換。系統(tǒng)介紹了該工程的結(jié)構(gòu)體系特點(diǎn)、抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)原則和方法、整體計(jì)算結(jié)果、罕遇地震作用下的彈塑性時(shí)程分析結(jié)果以及地基基礎(chǔ)的設(shè)計(jì)。[關(guān)鍵詞]超高層;抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì);帶鋼斜撐混凝土剪力墻;屈曲約束支撐;加強(qiáng)層;斜撐轉(zhuǎn)換;搭接柱轉(zhuǎn)換中圖分類號(hào):TU398文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2012)05-0062-06Seismic design of Tianjin Modern City Hotel tower and skirt buildingLu Daoyuan, Ha Minqiang, Jiang Wenwei, Liu Can, Lu Yiming, Ren Tao, Huang Liang, Xu Lin(East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200002, China)Abstract: Tianjin Modern City Hotel tower is 209 meters high. In order to meet the functional requirements of the building, the skirt building which is 56 meters high and 65 meters length and tower structure are connected as a whole without setting seismic joints. Hotel tower is a high-rise building beyond code-specification of B-level height, and is frame-corewall reinforced concrete structure with the strengthened stories. Steel reinforced concrete (SRC) column, reinforced concrete (RC) shear walls with concealed SRC bracings and composite steel plate wall were used in low area of the structure. Two strengthened storeys were added for controlling the stiffness of the tower structure with the overall corewall aspect ratio of 20. A strengthened storey including structural steel outrigger trusses and belt trusses was set in the middle area of the tower, and the buckling-restrained-braces (BRB) were used for the web members of outrigger trusses, as the frame column section attached to outrigger trusses were strictly controlled. In order to enhance the torsion stiffness of annex structure, BRB were installed because there is no space for setting shear wall and lateral force resistance brace is discontinuous in the vertical. Another strengthened storey was set with steel belt trusses frames in the top of the building. The inclined column transfer joints and lapping column transfer joints were installed in the bottom area of the building.
