組合式核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系研究與設(shè)計

包聯(lián)進(jìn) (華東建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司,上海 200002)[摘要]超高層建筑中核心筒承擔(dān)著實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑功能和抵抗荷載的重要角色,通常布置在建筑平面的中心。介紹一種新型的核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系——組合式核心筒,核心筒以多個角筒形式分散布置在建筑平面內(nèi),各角筒通過拉結(jié)大梁連成一體。對拉結(jié)大梁的數(shù)值模擬方法進(jìn)行探討,并對組合式核心筒的剛度進(jìn)行對比分析,同時還對關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的受力進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析。研究結(jié)果表明:組合式核心筒的拉結(jié)大梁應(yīng)采用墻單元來模擬;與中心式布置的核心筒相比,組合式核心筒的抗側(cè)剛度和抗扭剛度明顯削弱;組合式核心筒中拉結(jié)大梁對整體剛度影響很大;設(shè)計中應(yīng)對核心筒角部墻體、拉結(jié)大梁端部的樓板等重要部位進(jìn)行加強(qiáng)。[關(guān)鍵詞]組合式核心筒;拉結(jié)大梁;墻單元;抗側(cè)剛度中圖分類號:TU398.9文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2012)05-0058-04Research and design on structure with modular core tubeBao Lianjin(East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200002, China)Abstract: The core tube in the high-rise buildings arranged in the center of the building plane, plays an important role of architectural features and resistance to load. A new type of core wall structure system—modular core tube was introduced. The core tube is dispersed in the form of multiple angle tube layouts in the building plane, and the angle cylinder was fused by the rachel beams. The numerical simulation method of the rachel beams was discussed, comparative analysis of the stiffness of modular core tube and the force status of the key parts of the components were analyzed in detail.
