蘇州東方之門剛性連體超高層結構設計

嚴敏,李立樹,芮明倬,汪大綏,黃健,洪小永(華東建筑設計研究院有限公司,上海 200002)[摘要]蘇州東方之門為雙塔、連體和帶加強層及轉(zhuǎn)換層的非對稱復雜高層建筑結構。分析了主體結構受力體系和特點,著重介紹了連接體結構的計算分析,提出了針對考慮樓板厚度、控制雙塔沉降差異、防連續(xù)性倒塌、考慮施工模擬等因素影響的設計加強措施,如加強單塔剛度和強度、連體剛度形成前的施工順序的合理建議等。[關鍵詞]復雜高層;連體結構;連體設計中圖分類號:TU973+.3文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2012)05-0034-04Structural design on rigid-connected twin-tower of East Gate in SuzhouYan Min,Li Lishu,Rui Mingzhuo,Wang Dasui,Huang Jian,Hong Xiaoyong(East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200002, China)Abstract: East Gate in Suzhou is an asymmetrical complicated high-rise building which is a twin-tower structure with crossover, transferred story and strengthened story. The system and feature of the main structure were described. Analysis results of the crossover were emphatically introduced. Strengthened design measures were put forward corresponding to influence of slab thickness, the control of twin-tower subsidence differences, the prevention of the progressive collapse and the construction process simulation.
