[提要] 對(duì)從意大利拆回的舊吊車梁應(yīng)用于新建車間的可靠性進(jìn)行了分析研究,特別是研究確定了國(guó)內(nèi)非常少見(jiàn)的吊車梁帶帽孔直縫對(duì)焊拼接的疲勞強(qiáng)度和80mm厚板對(duì)疲勞強(qiáng)度的影響。根據(jù)研究結(jié)果提出了補(bǔ)強(qiáng)處理方法,經(jīng)過(guò)補(bǔ)強(qiáng)處理的吊車梁已安全工作了多年。

According to the evaluation, strengthening method is presented, and the crane girders strengthened have been used without problem for several years.
