[提要] 通過(guò)廣州國(guó)際會(huì)展中心張弦梁端部大型鑄鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)足尺試驗(yàn)，得到試件表面的應(yīng)力測(cè)試值；利用有限元軟件建模和分析，得到測(cè)點(diǎn)位置的應(yīng)力分析值。在試驗(yàn)值和有限元分析值一致的情況下，以有限元分析的結(jié)果推斷了整個(gè)鑄鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)內(nèi)部的應(yīng)力狀況，確定了強(qiáng)度準(zhǔn)則。結(jié)合試驗(yàn)和分析，對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)的承載安全性做出了判斷。給出了設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度的建議值和強(qiáng)度判別式。

By the measurement, the stresses on the surface of the cast joint are obtained. FEM analysis is also performed to compute the stresses on the same points. Both of the values match each other well, and in that condition, the inner stress distribution can be deduced by the FEM results. Combined the test and computation, the strength criterion is determined, and the safety of the joint is assessed.
