超高層筒中筒結(jié)構(gòu)原位測試分析與研究

[提要]  介紹了陜西省郵政電信局網(wǎng)管中心大樓主體結(jié)構(gòu)封頂時的沉降觀測和樁項反力、樁間土反力、樁承臺內(nèi)鋼筋應(yīng)力及標(biāo)高±0.0m處部分鋼筋混凝土外筒柱與內(nèi)筒墻的壓應(yīng)變測試結(jié)果,從中可以了解沉降、樁頂反力、樁間土反力、承臺內(nèi)力及首層內(nèi)外筒柱及墻體豎向變形差依荷載增加的變化情況。其結(jié)果可供實際工程設(shè)計及超高層簡體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計計算理論研究參考。

The results of field measurement of Net Management Center Mansion of Shanxi Telecom Office are introduced after the roof of mainbody sealed. The measurement includes a series of sub-item, such as settlement observation, pile reaction measurement, inter pile-soil reaction measurement, reinforcement stress measurement of pile-cap and compressive strain measurement of out-tube column and in-tube RC wall. With respect to the increase of the load, the variation of settlement, reaction of pile, reaction of inter pile-soil, inner force of pile-cap and vertical displacement difference between out-tube column and in-tube RC wall is obtained. The results can also be used in real structure design and theory research of super high-rise tube-in-tube structures.
