(中南建筑設(shè)計(jì)院 武漢 430071)[提要] 在湖北出版文化城工程中,為滿足地基承載力要求及調(diào)整基礎(chǔ)偏心,箱基三邊整體外挑,形成大懸挑擴(kuò)展式箱基,并在箱基底板和局部頂板中分段設(shè)置預(yù)應(yīng)力直線束以抵抗整體彎曲并增大剛度。箱基內(nèi)部墻體設(shè)置預(yù)應(yīng)力體外束吊筋以減小洞口過梁截面并增大剛度。工程進(jìn)行了鋼筋應(yīng)力、地基反力及沉降實(shí)測,對(duì)實(shí)測結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析。
[關(guān)鍵詞] 箱基 大懸挑 預(yù)應(yīng)力Three sides of the box foundation are extended to form an overhanging spread box foundation in order to meet with the bearing capacity of the foundation soil and adjust the eccentricity of the foundation. Furthermore, straight prestressed strands are set in the base slabs and some top slabs in the box foundation to resist the integral bending and to increase the rigidity. Outside prestressed hanger strands are also put inside of the box foundation to decrease the sectional dimension of lintel beams and to increase the rigidty. The test results of bar stress, subgrade reactions and settlement are analysed.
