（中國建筑科學研究院建筑結構研究所 北京 100013）[提要] 新修訂的《混凝土結構設計規(guī)范》( GB50010-2002)對預應力混凝土結構構件安全度調整、荷載組合、預應力材料等級提高，裂縫控制和裂縫寬度，次內(nèi)力的影響、內(nèi)力重分布，施工階段驗算和預應力損失值計算等諸多方面的基本規(guī)定作了修訂或增加了內(nèi)容。了解這些背景材料有助于工程師對新規(guī)范的學習和運用。

The adjustment of safety degree, load combination, 1ncreasement of strength degree of prestressed material, control and width of cracks, affection of secondary force, redistribution of internal force, calculation during construction period, the estimation of prestressing losses etc. are presented in detail.
