[提要]  針對(duì)廈門(mén)信隆城高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，重點(diǎn)討論了復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算模型的處理和關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的內(nèi)力分析，解決了結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換、轉(zhuǎn)角開(kāi)洞、高位長(zhǎng)懸挑等結(jié)構(gòu)難題；對(duì)比分析了CQC計(jì)算結(jié)果與動(dòng)力時(shí)程計(jì)算結(jié)果，并運(yùn)用高精度有限元分析了轉(zhuǎn)換梁及其上面墻體的應(yīng)力分布狀態(tài)。取得了一些設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，供同行參考。

This paper introduces design of a complex highrise structure, and discusses the treatment of calculation model and analysis of internal force of critical members. Some problems about transfer-structure, corner-hole and cantilever beams at the height of building are solved. In addition, the results of CQC and elastic dynamic analysis are compared. By finite element method, the stress graph of transfer-beams and walls above are analysed. Some experience are acquired, which may be referred to engineer.
