[提要]  對(duì)鋼筋混凝土多層框架房屋施工圖的審查過程中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的獨(dú)立基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)荷載取值不當(dāng)，框架簡(jiǎn)圖、基礎(chǔ)拉梁設(shè)計(jì)不合理以及重要參數(shù)的取值等結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)問題進(jìn)行了分析評(píng)述，提出了改進(jìn)或處理的辦法，可供其它類型的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)參考。

Through the examination of the construction drawing of the RC multi-storied frame buildings, the existing problems in the structure design are pointed out. Some problems are analyzed and discussed, improvement method and treatment suggestion are presented. The advices can be referred to the design of other type of structures.
