地下室上浮開裂事故的鑒定與加固處理

(廣東省佛山市建筑工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)督站 528000)[提要] 某大廈地下室受地下水浮力作用不均勻上浮(最大上浮值213mm),造成地下室梁、柱出現(xiàn)寬度達(dá)1.0~2.5mm的裂縫,結(jié)構(gòu)處于極限破壞狀態(tài)。針對該工程分析了事故產(chǎn)生的原因,介紹了利用巖土錨桿對地下室結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行抗浮加固處理的方法。
