(清華大學(xué)土木工程系 北京 100084)[提要] 對秦皇島熱電廠汽機(jī)基座出現(xiàn)裂縫的原因進(jìn)行了分析,運(yùn)用ANSYS軟件對大體積混凝土在施工階段由于水化熱引起的溫度場做了詳細(xì)的有限元計(jì)算。得到一些有意義的比較數(shù)據(jù),對大體積混凝土在施工階段所采取的溫度控制措施在理論上進(jìn)行了探討。
[關(guān)鍵詞] 大體積混凝土 裂縫 水化熱 有限元計(jì)算 溫度場The temperature cracks of a steam turbine base in Qinhuangdao power plant caused by the hydration heat of mass concrete at construction stage are analysised with finite element method, and the results are compared with the empirical equation's. The conclusions are drawn in the practice of the safety appraisal of the crack of the columns and beams. The suggestions are presented for temperature control of mass concrete.
