（南昌大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院 330029）[提要] 介紹了卸載換柱法在一鋼筋混凝土框架柱修復(fù)加固中的實例。卸載是框架換柱加固施工的關(guān)鍵，工程卸載方案的選用充分利用了結(jié)構(gòu)自身的特點，采用了多種途徑組合卸載的方法，并在施工過程中對卸載狀況進行了實時監(jiān)測。加固施工安全、穩(wěn)妥，達到了預(yù)期的目的。

Unloading is the key of the construction exchanging the column in the frame. The characteristics of the structure itself are utilized adequately in selected the unloading plan, the multi-method of unloading was adopted, and the unloading status in the construction process was observed. The strengthening construction is reliable and the anticipated purpose is achieved.
