（哈爾濱工業(yè)大學土木工程學院 150090）[提要] 介紹了大興安嶺森林防火指揮部兩種抽柱改造方案的設計思想及有關構造做法，分析了兩種方案在結構性能、施工難易程度、施工工作量、質(zhì)量保證等方面的特點，指出了在選定方案后施工過程中應注意的問題，為同類工程的抽柱改造設計提供了參考。

The design idea and relevant constructions of two reconstruction schemes of Daxing'anling Forest Fire Protection Headquarters with demolishing columns are introduced, and characteristic of the schemes in structural performance, various degrees of construction difficulty, amount of work and quality of construction etc,are analyzed too. The problems at construction process are pointed out after making choice from the schemes,which will be referred to the design of similar reconstruction project.
