[提要] 針對上部結(jié)構(gòu)托換技術(shù)在花都市市政府報(bào)告廳改建工程中的應(yīng)用情況，著重介紹其托換形式的設(shè)計(jì)思路、傳力機(jī)理的分析結(jié)果和構(gòu)造措施，以供工程設(shè)計(jì)、施工技術(shù)人員參考。

An example of underpinning technique adopted in the upper structure of a municipal auditoriums is introduced. The design concept, analysis result and details of construction for rehanding the building are emphasized. It is a reference for the similar civil engineers.
