(甘肅工業(yè)大學(xué)建筑工程學(xué)院 蘭州 730050)[提要] 對(duì)一幢采用條形基礎(chǔ)的6層磚混結(jié)構(gòu)住宅樓應(yīng)用合理的糾傾技術(shù),使其傾斜率恢復(fù)到規(guī)范要求的限值。分析了Ⅲ級(jí)濕陷性黃土地基上的建筑物在糾傾實(shí)踐過(guò)程中的幾個(gè)難點(diǎn),論述了結(jié)構(gòu)糾傾方案形成的思路和理由,對(duì)類似工程有一定借鑒意義。
[關(guān)鍵詞] 糾傾 磚混結(jié)構(gòu) 條形基礎(chǔ) 濕陷性黃土 迫降法The successful practice is introduced for rectifying a six-storied brick-concrete composite building with strip foundation by reasonable rectifying technique, which makes this building's inclination ratio satisfy the code's requirement. Several difficult points in the process of rectifying this inclined building on the base of ni level collapsible loess are analyzed. Furthermore, the thinking and reason of forming the rectifying scheme are also discussed.These results can give some reference to the same kind of engineering project.
