[提要]  介紹了某6層磚混結(jié)構(gòu)房屋頂升糾偏的整個(gè)過程及其中的一些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，包括可拆卸式托換體系的托換方法、項(xiàng)升系統(tǒng)的布置、頂升監(jiān)測與控制。工程所取得的成果和經(jīng)驗(yàn)可供其它頂升糾偏工程參考。

The entire process and some critical steps in the jack lifting and leaning rectification project of a six-storied dormitory building are presented, including the underpinning way of the departable underpinning system, the layout of the jack lifting system, and the inspecting and measuring in this project.The results and experience from this project can be the references of other jack lifting and leaning rectification projects.
