[提要]  介紹了某6層磚混房屋頂升糾偏工程中所采用的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)托換體系及其設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn),并利用有限元計(jì)算軟件ANSYS建模計(jì)算了托換結(jié)構(gòu)在工作狀況下的應(yīng)力與應(yīng)變,分析了托換體系與墻體的協(xié)同工作狀況。所取得的成果和經(jīng)驗(yàn)可供其它頂升糾偏工程參考。

The steel underpinning system and the key points of the design in the jack lifting and leaning rectification project of a six-storied dormitory building are introduced,and by setting up a model through the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the stress and strain of the underpinning system under working condition have been calculated so that the cooperation between underpinning system and brick wall is analysed.The results ancl experience from this project can be the references of other jack lifting and leaning rectification projects.
