寬扁梁轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)在深圳大學(xué)科技樓中的應(yīng)用

[提要]
RC寬扁梁轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)介于梁式轉(zhuǎn)換和板式轉(zhuǎn)換之間,其布置可看作厚板在零應(yīng)力區(qū)、低應(yīng)力區(qū)掏空減薄構(gòu)成,也可看作普通轉(zhuǎn)換梁截面加寬減高構(gòu)成。通過寬扁梁轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)的一個實例,分析了寬扁梁轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)在重力荷載及地震作用下的受力狀況,結(jié)果表明,RC寬扁梁轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)弱化了轉(zhuǎn)換梁抗彎剛度,有利于改善地震作用(特別是罕遇地震)下框支柱應(yīng)力集中,避免框支柱率先破壞,有利于實現(xiàn)強柱弱梁、強剪弱彎的抗震延性需要。RC寬扁梁轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)減低了轉(zhuǎn)換梁截面高度,有利于提高建筑使用空間,降低層高,具有明顯的綜合效益。

Abstract:RC wideflat beam transfer structure is between beam transfer structure and flat slab transfer structure.Wideflat beam can be regard as flat slab whittled within lower stress region or as ordinary widened and flattened beam.A case study of RC wideflat beam transfer structure is carried out, and the behavior under gravity load and earthquake action is analyzed.RC wideflat beam transfer structure weakened the rigidity of the transfer beam.Under earthquake (specially severe earthquake) action,the stress concentrate of the column which supporting transfer beam is minimized and the columns early destroying is avoided.RC wideflat beam can easily meet the ductility requirement of“strong column and weak beam” and “strong shear and weak bend”.Otherwise,RC wideflat beam reduced the transfer beams height so that the useful space is increased or the story height is shortened,the total profit is very well.
