[提要]  結(jié)合工程實(shí)例，對(duì)于擬建建筑物山墻緊鄰擋土墻，而擋土墻上方已有舊建筑，擬建建筑山墻附近基礎(chǔ)下方又遇到排洪溝的情況，提出了一種“人工”地基的條形基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)方法。此方法既能滿足基礎(chǔ)承載力的要求，又能保證擋土墻及其上已有建筑物的安全使用，同時(shí)還能達(dá)到節(jié)省造價(jià)，縮短工期的效果。

In order to realize a new building construction near retaining wall with a old building upper and a drainage ditch down, a "man-made" foundation design method is proposed. The method can both satisfy the requirements of the foundation bearing capacity and guarantee the satefy of the retaining wall and the old building upper. Meanwhile, it can also obtain the effect of saving the building cost and reducing the construction period as well.
