局部構(gòu)造對(duì)鋼框架梁-柱剛性節(jié)點(diǎn)性能的影響

[提要]  對(duì)焊接孔尺寸變化的鋼框架梁-柱剛性節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了空間非線性有限元分析。結(jié)果表明,焊接孔長(zhǎng)度的擴(kuò)大顯著地降低了梁-柱連接面處對(duì)接焊縫和焊接孔切角端開裂以及翼緣脆性破壞的可能性,但過長(zhǎng)的焊接孔也會(huì)導(dǎo)致梁翼緣側(cè)向穩(wěn)定的喪失。焊接孔高度的降低只有利于目前常用的焊接孔長(zhǎng)度較短的“標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型”節(jié)點(diǎn)。

The effect of changing the size of access hole on the behavior of steel beam-column moment connections is studied through 3D nonlinear finite-element analyses of connection subassemblies. The analytical results show that increasing the length of access hole remarkably minimizes the potential of fracture at the groove welds of beam-column interface and the root of access hole,therefore the potential of brittle failures in the beam flange is reduced. But over increasing the length of the access hole will give rise to the loss of lateral stability of beam flange. Reducing the height of the access hole only does benefit to the standard connection in common use whose length of the access hole is shorter; for the  fracture potential at the root of the access hole is minimized.
