(大連理工大學(xué)海岸及近海工程國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室 116024)[提要] 綜述了影響統(tǒng)計(jì)平均風(fēng)速的幾個(gè)因素,特別闡述了時(shí)距對平均風(fēng)速的影響。根據(jù)Shinozuka的理論和Davenport脈動(dòng)風(fēng)速功率譜模擬產(chǎn)生了風(fēng)速、風(fēng)壓樣本,并利用蒙特卡洛法分析了忽略脈動(dòng)風(fēng)速平方項(xiàng)對脈動(dòng)風(fēng)壓功率譜密度函數(shù)的影響,進(jìn)而分析了其對于風(fēng)荷載作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)力響應(yīng)的影響。

The samples of wind velocity and wind pressure are simulated according to the theory of Shinozuka and the Davenport's power spectrum. The effects on the power spectrum of pulsating wind pressure as well as on the dynamlc response of the structure under wind loads are analyzed by Monte Carlo method when the square item of pulsating wind velocity is ignored.
