(鄭州大學(xué)水環(huán)學(xué)院 鄭州 450002)[提要] 新老混凝土粘結(jié)面的抗剪切性能是衡量粘結(jié)性能的最為重要的指標(biāo)之一。采用3年齡期的老混凝土,澆制了一批Z形新老混凝土粘結(jié)剪切試件和整體混凝土伴隨剪切試件。通過試驗(yàn)研究,得出了不同強(qiáng)度的新混凝土和不同界面粗糙度對(duì)新老混凝土粘結(jié)剪切性能的影響規(guī)律,并利用雙因素方差分析方法進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的論證。
[關(guān)鍵詞] 新老混凝土粘結(jié) 粘結(jié)面 剪切強(qiáng)度 粗糙度 新混凝土It is the critical problem in reinforcement projects of concrete structure that the property of bond between new and old concrete is good or bad. The shear property of interface between new and old concrete is one of the most important indexes to evaluate bonding property. This research takes three-year-old concrete to cast a serial of Z shape new-old concrete bonding specimens and integral concrete compared specimens. By shear testing investigation, the influencing regulations of different new concrete strength and different interface roughness on new-old concrete bonding shear property are obtained,and the double factors variance analysis is presented.
