臺灣花蓮田徑場罩棚大型網(wǎng)殼與膜結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計分析

[提要] 臺灣花蓮田徑場看臺罩棚是由跨度155m的大型桁架拱、29.7m×93.12m雙曲四角錐網(wǎng)殼、下部鋼結(jié)構(gòu)以及覆蓋膜組成的復(fù)雜空間結(jié)構(gòu)體系，結(jié)構(gòu)形式新穎，設(shè)計分析比較復(fù)雜。詳細(xì)介紹了膜的找形、荷載、空間網(wǎng)殼與桁架拱分析的模型、方法與結(jié)果，以及主要節(jié)點(diǎn)的設(shè)計構(gòu)造、膜制作工藝與安裝方法、空間桁架的制作與安裝。

Hualian Ground Track Field Stand consists of an arch-truss of 155m span, 29. 7m×93. 12m reticulated shell, and support space frames and cover membrane. The structural form is fairly novel,but structural analysis and design are rather complicated.The structural analyses includes the form-finding analysis,loading analysis and cutting and patterning of cover membrane, reticulated shell and arched truss analysis. This paper presents the analytical models, numerical procedures and results in detail. Meantime,the key joints,membrane manufacture and setting-up procedure, also the manu-facturing and erecting of the space trusses are presented concisely.
