[提要] 結(jié)合實際工程設(shè)計,選取輕型薄壁鋼管拱形屋蓋的矢高、拱形桁架高度、桿件截面面積作為優(yōu)化設(shè)計變量,以輕型鋼管拱形屋蓋的總造價最低為目標(biāo)函數(shù),建立了優(yōu)化設(shè)計的數(shù)學(xué)模型,采用直接搜索法與準(zhǔn)則法有機結(jié)合的綜合優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法,按規(guī)程的要求對輕型鋼管拱形屋蓋的幾何外形及桿件的截面進(jìn)行了綜合優(yōu)化設(shè)計,考慮了各種情況的荷載作用,編制了SLAOP軟件。在中小跨度情況下,采用本文方法設(shè)計的輕型鋼管拱形屋蓋體系綜合造價比傳統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)體系的節(jié)約10%,而且具有屋蓋體系輕、荷載小、施工不受季節(jié)限制、周期短等優(yōu)點,具有良好的經(jīng)濟效益和發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?br /> [關(guān)鍵詞] 輕型鋼管 拱形屋蓋 數(shù)學(xué)模型 綜合優(yōu)化設(shè)計 經(jīng)濟效益
Combined with an actual project design of the light steel tube truss,the arch rise ancl height of the arch truss, as well as the cross-sections of the steel tubes are taken as the design variables. The total cost of the arch truss roof is taken as the objective function. According to the code, the mathematical mode is established that the combination of the direct searching and criteria methods is adopted as the comprehensive optimum method.A variety of loads acting on the truss structure are considered and a programm named SLAOP is performed for the optimum clesign of the truss structure. The conclusion of the calculations shows that the comprehensive cost of the roof structure with the small and middle span truss may decrease about 10% than traditional structure. It has the advantage that the roof system is light, the dead load is small, the construction period is short and the construction is not confined by the season.
