圓管相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)極限承載力有限元分析

[提要]  應(yīng)用材料和幾何非線性有限元法分析了T,Y,K形圓管相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)的應(yīng)力和塑性區(qū)分布規(guī)律、節(jié)點(diǎn)變形及節(jié)點(diǎn)幾何參數(shù)對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)極限承載力的影響,獲得了影響管節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力的主要參數(shù)與承載力曲線;將有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果與各國(guó)規(guī)范進(jìn)行比較,指出了現(xiàn)有規(guī)范的不足之處,為我國(guó)規(guī)范的進(jìn)。步修訂提供了理論依據(jù)。

Limit strength of circular tubular joints islnvestigated theoretically by using material and geometrical nonlinear finite element method. Stress distribution,plastic-zone spread are presented, and influence of joint geometrlc parameters on joint strengths are analyzed. Some useful conclusions are drawn for reference in the structural design. By comparing the FEM results with that of the current PRC and Japanese codes, the deficiency between them is found out which provides a theoretical basis for further PRC code modification.
