［提要］蘇州鴻生火柴廠是民國時期的磚木建筑，其加固改造設計遵循了功能更新、修舊如舊的原則。確定了保留并加固原有外墻，拆除內(nèi)部原有木結(jié)構(gòu)樓板、梁、柱，并用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)框架+BHP組合樓板進行替代的加固改造方案。還介紹了外墻的加固方法與構(gòu)造、鋼框架的結(jié)構(gòu)設計及其與原墻體的連接構(gòu)造等設計要點。

Reinforcement and Reconstruction of an Old Building Built in 1920s/Geng Guanghua,Shi Yuanyuan(Suzhou Institute of Architectural Design and Research,Suzhou 215002,China)
Abstract:The reinforcement and reconstruction for Suzhou Hongsheng match factory,an old building built in 1920s,are discussed.The outer brick walls are reserved,and the timber structure inside is replaced by the steel structure and BHP combined floor.The important design points of reconstruction are introduced,such as the reinforcement for outer brick walls,design of steel structure,and the connection of steel structure and the existed brick walls.Keywords:reinforcement; reconstruction; halftimber construction; steel structure
