[提要] 民航總局辦公樓建于60年代初,分別由14,11和9層的三個裝配整體式框架結(jié)構(gòu)組成。唐山地震時各單體建筑曾發(fā)生過相互碰撞。盡管使用年限長久,局部有損傷,但經(jīng)技術(shù)鑒定和方案論證,該樓通過改造加固,可以滿足現(xiàn)行規(guī)范的抗震和正常使用等方面的要求。加固改造采用加設(shè)剪力墻、基礎(chǔ)和梁柱加大斷面或粘鋼、板粘碳纖維的加固方法,將弱框架結(jié)構(gòu)改造成框剪結(jié)構(gòu)體系,效果良好。

Design of Reconstruction and Strengthening on the Office Building of Civil Aviation Administration of China/Yu Yuanpeng,Xu Zhongqin(China Architecture Design & Research Group,Beijing 100044,China)
Abstract:The office building of Civil Aviation Administration of China was built at the beginning of 1960s,which consists of three assembled frame structures with 14,11 and 9 floors.The frames ever collided with each other in Tangshan earthquake.Though the building has been used for nearly forty years and there are damages in some places,the technical appraisaland project argumentation show that the reinforced building can satisfy the demands of code for seismic design of buildings and code for design of concrete structures.The frame structures are reconstructed into the frameshear wall structures, using the strengthening methods of adding shear walls,expanding the members sections or bonding steel on them,bonding CFRP sheet in the slab.The effect of strengthening is good.
