［提要］目前由于缺乏系統(tǒng)的試驗(yàn)和理論研究，建筑物移位工程的牽引系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)都是靠工程技術(shù)人員的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)摸索進(jìn)行的。在建筑整體平移的試驗(yàn)研究和大量工程的實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行綜合分析，提出了建筑物滾動(dòng)式平移的牽引力計(jì)算公式，認(rèn)為在工程適用范圍內(nèi)，滾動(dòng)式平移的牽引力與建筑物重力基本滿足線性關(guān)系；介紹了幾種常用的牽引動(dòng)力施加方式的設(shè)計(jì)方法，分析了他們的適用范圍和缺陷，提出了一種新型的動(dòng)力施加方法，用該方法進(jìn)行建筑物的平移，比其他方法行走平穩(wěn)，效率高且導(dǎo)向性好。

Abstract:The design of traction system is an important part in building moving.At present,the traction system is designed with the experience of the engineer because of the lack of the experiments and theory analysis.The traction system includes the calculation of traction and the design of the way of imposing power.An expressions formula of traction is put forward based on the experiments and a lot of data from many completed projects.Some ways of imposing power used in the building moving are introduced,and the used area and disadvantage of these ways are described.At the same time,a new way of imposing power is presented.The way has higher efficiency and less shock,and can assist to ensure the direction than other ways.
