[提要] 提出一種計(jì)算高層建筑樁-筏和樁-箱基礎(chǔ)承臺(tái)板的簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算法——彈簧常數(shù)法，給出了基于沉降驗(yàn)算參數(shù)的彈簧常數(shù)計(jì)算公式。算例表明，所提出的簡(jiǎn)化算法結(jié)果合理，可以大大簡(jiǎn)化分析計(jì)算，對(duì)高層建筑基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)有一定的實(shí)用價(jià)值。

It is proved by the sample that the calculation result of the presented simplified method is rational, and the calculation process is much simplified. The presented method is practical for the foundation design of high-rise building.
