［提要］ 由于城市規(guī)劃的需要，吳忠賓館需要移位。介紹了高537m的寧夏吳忠賓館的平移設計與實施，包括工程特點與難點、移位方式選擇、下滑梁及基礎、反力系統(tǒng)設計、托盤梁系設計、墻柱切割、平移工程、工程監(jiān)測、PLC液壓同步控制技術、到位連接、工程實施情況、沉降問題、平移總經濟效益及社會效益情況等。吳忠賓館成功平移為高層建筑保護提供了新的選擇，積累了經驗。

Abstract:The monolithic shift design and practice of Ningxia Wuzhong Hotel with the hight of 537m are introduced.The features and difficulties of the project,the selection of the monolithic shift methods,the design of the lower sliding beam and foundation,the design of force react system,the design of the upper sliding beam system,the incision of the wall and column,the monolithic shift project,project monitoring,PLC hydraulic synchro control technology,the connect of wall and column,the condition of project practice,the problem of sedimentation,as well as overall economic benefit and social effects,are discussed.This project provides a new choice for high building protection.
