[提要] 討論了建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范采用可靠度設(shè)計方法的缺陷與問題。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范面對復(fù)雜多樣的結(jié)構(gòu)群體,從統(tǒng)計數(shù)學(xué)觀點出發(fā)的可靠度設(shè)計方法難以完整描述和概括這些結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中需要考慮的眾多不確定性與不確知性。規(guī)范中的可靠度設(shè)計方法尚不成熟。目前,用多安全系數(shù)表達(dá)的設(shè)計方法可能更適用于各種結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計規(guī)范。

Some of them cannot be described by probabilistic method, which has been commonly used in current design codes. In this case, the multi-safety-factor may be more flexible for vanous different structural codes.
