[提要] 已有磚砌體房屋常因功能改變而需要更大的使用空間,部分承重墻體的抽除必將導(dǎo)致傳力途徑的改變,進(jìn)而需對原有結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行加固。在材料、設(shè)備或技術(shù)受到限制時,可采用以鋼筋和混凝土為材料的增大截面的加固方法,成功的關(guān)鍵在于謹(jǐn)慎的態(tài)度和合理的加固方案。
[關(guān)鍵詞] 抽墻 加固 磚砌體 增大截面法Some bearing-walls of a masonry building need to be removed for a more wide space. The supporting structure should be strengthened to adapt to the change of force-transmission path. When material, equipment or technique is restricted, an enlarging-area approach using concrete and steel bars can be utilized. The key to succeed is cautious attitude and a rational strengthening scheme.
