高層剪力墻住宅的改造與設計

（河北省建筑設計研究院 石家莊 050011）[提要] 介紹了高層剪力墻住宅改造設計前期及結構改造設計時應注意的問題。結合上海兩棟高層剪力墻住宅工程的結構改造設計，著重介紹了一些重要部位的設計、新老結構之間的連接做法等工程難點問題及處理方法，可供同類工程參考。
