[提要] 近幾年，大理市（原抗震設(shè)防烈度9度）在住宅建筑中越來越多地采用了鋼筋混凝土小墻肢剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)，目前其在住宅中的比例已接近50%。依據(jù)大理市小墻肢剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)用情況，著重分析小墻肢和連梁結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計要點及其對結(jié)構(gòu)抗震設(shè)計的影響。
