底部框架抗震墻砌體房屋中墻梁承載力的實用算法*

（西安建筑科技大學(xué) 710055）[提要] 對底部框架抗震墻砌體結(jié)構(gòu)房屋中墻梁的受力狀態(tài)進(jìn)行了分析，根據(jù)受力狀態(tài)將這種房屋中的墻梁分為橫向框支墻梁、縱向框支墻梁和梁支墻梁3種，提出了這3種墻梁的實用計算方法。
