[提要]  預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土多層框架結(jié)構(gòu)的施工多采用“逐層澆筑，逐層張拉”或“數(shù)層澆筑，數(shù)層張拉”的施工方案，而現(xiàn)行設(shè)計(jì)方法是按“整體澆筑，整體張拉”的假定施工方案進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。顯然設(shè)計(jì)的計(jì)算模型與實(shí)際施工方案不吻合。由于在“逐層澆筑，逐層張拉”時(shí)，下層張拉對(duì)上層末建結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力無影響，因此結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力的設(shè)計(jì)值與實(shí)際值將出現(xiàn)偏離。根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)原理建立了現(xiàn)行設(shè)計(jì)法中預(yù)應(yīng)力綜合彎矩和次彎矩偏離實(shí)際值大小的相對(duì)差公式；結(jié)合施工的具體情況對(duì)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土框架柱進(jìn)行了計(jì)算分析。按文中所給的數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)框架柱控制截面處內(nèi)力進(jìn)行修正，可以滿足設(shè)計(jì)的要求。

Multi-story prestressed concrete frames( MPCF) are widely used in practice. Construction process of MPCF should be noted in structural analysis because the sequence of steel tension and concrete pouring directly affects on building mechanical model.  But in general it is not considered during designing MPCF so that the correction of analysis solution is influenced upon. Applying the principle of structural mechanics, the formula for estimating the relative deviation of internal force from the normal design to the reality according to construction process is provided. The simple method for designing is put forward to satisfy requirement of columns in MPCF.
