西安某公路立交橋混凝土橋臺(tái)裂縫事故分析

李 東1 李永和1 李智文2 郝際平3(1 上海大學(xué)土木工程系 200072; 2 西安市政建設(shè)一公司; 2 西安建筑科技大學(xué) 710055)[提要] 公路立交橋路面與橋面相接處橋臺(tái)一般為塊體結(jié)構(gòu)。由于橋臺(tái)體積較大,混凝土施工過程中因水化熱溫度應(yīng)力的影響,在外界氣溫較低時(shí),不均勻的降溫極易產(chǎn)生拉應(yīng)力,當(dāng)超過早期硬化強(qiáng)度時(shí)便產(chǎn)生裂縫,體內(nèi)存在不均勻應(yīng)力,對結(jié)構(gòu)受力有影響。該橋臺(tái)溫度應(yīng)力有限元分析說明應(yīng)采取施工和結(jié)構(gòu)措施加強(qiáng)對裂縫的控制。

The R.C. structure abutment is in mass of shape with lower height at connection joints between beams of viaduct and road. Due to its large volumn,the uneven tensile stresses field in concrete are produced easily because of hydration heat of concrete in construction when air temperature is low. As soon as the tensile stresses in concrete exceed its hardening strength, the cracks in concrete would take place.Temprature stresses FEM analysis show that we must take construction ancl structure measures to control the crack in R.C.abutment.
