[提要]  北京漢威大廈采用對(duì)稱雙簡(jiǎn)體-框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系，天然地基方案。經(jīng)計(jì)算分析比較，設(shè)計(jì)階段不考慮彎扭耦聯(lián)，按15個(gè)振型進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)分析。針對(duì)建筑使用不宜設(shè)縫的要求，結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)不設(shè)永久結(jié)構(gòu)縫。為滿足建筑使用要求，對(duì)局部結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了合理設(shè)計(jì)，如層2圓柱與層3以上方柱的截面連接，簡(jiǎn)體與框架的連接，出屋面圓臺(tái)的變截面斜柱支撐等。其設(shè)計(jì)可供類似工程參考。

Beijing Hanwei Building adopted symmetry double tube-frame structure system and natural foundation design. According to calculating and comparing, bend-torsional coupling was not taken accounted. Permanent structural seam is not setting, local rational design were made, such as the connection of tube and frame, section connection of square column and circular column, the batter column brace of the circular platform, which can give reference to the similar design.
