開(kāi)孔焊接空心球節(jié)點(diǎn)承載能力試驗(yàn)研究與應(yīng)用

[提要] 預(yù)應(yīng)力網(wǎng)架能較好地滿(mǎn)足大空間、重荷載結(jié)構(gòu)的要求,但其下弦節(jié)點(diǎn)比較難處理?,F(xiàn)根據(jù)工程實(shí)踐提出了一種新的節(jié)點(diǎn)——開(kāi)孔焊接空心球節(jié)點(diǎn),并用彈塑性有限元方法和模型試驗(yàn)研究了其承載能力及影響承載能力的因素,得出了一些對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)有益的結(jié)論。

Prestressed space grid developed in recent years has good performances, but its bottom chord joint is hard to dispose. A new type of joint-welding hollow sphere joint with holes( WHSJH)is put forward, its load carrying capacity and influencing factors are researched by means of the finite element method and full scale model experiments. Some conclusions beneficial to design are drawn satisfactorily.
