（清華大學(xué)土木工程系 北京 100084）[提要] 結(jié)合某多層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅示范樓的設(shè)計(jì)，著重討論了組合扁梁樓蓋在大開間住宅體系中的應(yīng)用及設(shè)計(jì)方法。分析結(jié)果表明，對于大開間住宅，采用組合扁梁樓蓋不僅能夠很好地滿足建筑方面的要求，顯著地降低建筑的層高，減少圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的費(fèi)用和減輕基礎(chǔ)壓力，而且能夠減少結(jié)構(gòu)的總用鋼量，降低結(jié)構(gòu)的單位造價。

The results show that the adoption of composite flat beams in large-bay buildings can not only meet the requirements in architecture, but also can reduce the structural floor depth and the usage of enclosure,as well as the loading on the foundation significantly.
