（中國建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)研究所 北京 100044）[提要] 著重闡述了消能梁段的設(shè)計(jì)方法，其中包括消能梁段的長度確定和截面選擇，消能梁段的腹板加勁肋、連接和側(cè)向支撐的設(shè)計(jì)。并對消能梁段以外其它構(gòu)件的設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行了介紹，以增強(qiáng)工程設(shè)計(jì)人員對該結(jié)構(gòu)體系的了解。

The design methods of the link including confirmation of its length and cross section, design of its rib stiffener, design of its connection and lateral braces are em-phasized. At last, the design method of the other elements in EBF outside link is also introduced.
