[提要] 針對多層住宅剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)抗震設(shè)計，探討了8度地震區(qū)多層住宅剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震等級、多層剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)底部加強(qiáng)部位的高度及墻肢截面厚度、無地下室時多層剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)底層層高及剪力墻約束邊緣構(gòu)件的設(shè)計等。其中有些問題規(guī)范未作規(guī)定，有些問題規(guī)范未明確規(guī)定。

Some problems are provided in the codes, some are not.
